Yes, This Cat Has Two Heads And They Are Awesome!
Meet Frank and Louie, a cat with two faces! He’s not two conjoined twins, he is a single cat with two faces. The condition is called “Diprosopus” and Frank and Louie is the oldest known surviving cat who suffers from it.
According to The Star, Frank and Louie does not seem bothered by his condition and has developed a very friendly personality.
“He is very, very laid back, not afraid of people, very friendly and he’s actually more of a dog than a cat,” Stevens said. “He walks on a leash, he goes right in the car, he loves car rides.”
The breed is known for its soft and silky fur, docile temperament and penchant for relaxing in a person’s arms like a rag doll. Diprosopus is caused by a malfunction in development in the sonic hedgehog protein (yes, that’s a real protein).
